THE END OF AN ERA. After an incredible 2 years, last week I said a bittersweet goodbye to the Forever New Clothing team. I am leaving feeling extremely proud of the achievements and many milestones accomplished over this time. From elevating the brand’s social media presence globally, showcasing countless campaigns, travelling to beautiful locations, supporting numerous events, and each new connection I have made along the way, I will forever be fond of my time working for such an incredible business. I would like to extend a big thank you to each member of the team, who I had the privilege of working with each day. Expressing a special thank you to Fredericka, Jemma and Jessica for your guidance, mentorship and support. I am beyond grateful to have worked alongside you all; I couldn’t have done it without you, so thank you! While it’s the end of one era, I am excited to announce my new chapter. Stay tuned!

Pinch me moment!This week at Forever New Clothing, we held an epic event at Sydney’s Shell House, hosted by Nadia Fairfax-Wayne. The night supported our upcoming Autumn/Winter collections. And that’s a chapter closed. What an amazing opportunity I had, over the past year I’ve been privileged to work alongside the team at Carla Lawson Hair Extensions as their Social Media Coordinator, to kick start my career! I was able to grow and maintain all their social platforms, content creation, increasing brand awareness through effective use of social media, coordinating strategies, preparing ideas, capturing photoshoots and much more! I couldn’t be more proud of all my achievements, and I am so thankfull and grateful to the Carla Lawson Hair Extensions team for giving me the opportunity, it’s been amazing! I can’t wait for what my future holds for me next…stay tuned😊

So, where have I been?At the start of 2021, I started my final year of studying for my Bachelor of Advertising and Communications! Lucky enough in February I landed myself the position of Social Media Manager and Creative Content Creator at Carla Lawson Hair Extensions, working closely with the whole team.Aside from doing university full time, a little background of my job which involves maintaining and looking after all social media platforms, the ability to control and build frequency and reach out to all platforms organically, as well as creating content; directing, shooting, and editing photos, creating videos such as Reels, Tik Toks, and IGTV's, uploading video content for social media channels as well as photos. I've also been practising my copywriting skills for communications and creating strong selling text content across all channels.
