Help Center - Steps to Login


1.	Navigate to the RiyadOnline - Corporate login page by clicking on the appropriate link from www.riyadbank.com. For your security please verify that the site address (URL) at the top of the browser window shows the legitimate RiyadOnline - Corporate address starting with "https://corp.riyadonline.com" and that the browser security padlock appears at the top.
2.	You will then be asked to enter your User ID / Nickname, and a RiyadToken code: You may login with your User ID or your Nickname (if you have setup a nickname). Generate the token code by pressing on the arrow button on your RiyadToken, then enter your 4-digits PIN; the token will generate an 8-digits code which you can use to login. If you are logging in for the first time from this computer, the "Remember me on this computer" checkbox will appear; enable this option if you would like your site picture to be recognized on this new computer. It is recommended not to select the "Remember me on this computer" option if you are temporarily using someone else's computer. If this is your first login to RiyadOnline – Corporate, you will be asked to select a site picture of your choice; this picture will be shown to you each time you login. If you login from a new computer, you will be asked to import your site picture. Always ensure that the site picture presented to you during the login process is the picture you have previously selected; if any other picture is shown, or no picture is presented, this means that you may be visiting a fraudulent site that looks like RiyadOnline; immediately report this to the bank.
3.	The login process will lead you to the final step in which you are requested to enter your RiyadOnline – Corporate password. Note that passwords are case sensitive. If you are logging in for the first time, or following a password reset, you must use the "One Time Password" sent to you by eMail; you will be asked to change this password once successfully logged in. If you have forgotten your password, please contact your system administrator for instructions on how to reset it.
