Current Situation:
Hiring is frozen/slowed down. Due to issues with PW engines, 45 aircraft will need tp be grounded. Significant impact, seat capacity for summer 24 will be the same as summer 23 at best. Surplus of pilots for the winter, especially FOs (since many new guys have joined recently). Part time and volontary unpaid leave will be offered soon, to reduce the impact of surplus pilots. From 2025 big growth will happen.From jan 2024 fixed roster 5/4 is available, a significant improvement compared to 6/4.	21/Dec/23
